Sleep regressions. Holy hell, they are hard. We went from sleeping through the night 7PM-7AM to waking 2-3 times a night. It's been rough! Today, I'm sharing the four things I've used to help me get through this rough patch. These four items have made life just a little easier for everyone involved. I was quite surprised proofreading this trimester must haves. There wasn't any food, and it mainly consists of clothing and sanitary items. If you would have told me I'd be writing this post talking about these items, I would have turned red in the face and denied it. My how pregnancy changes things!
