In the last eight months, I've started decluttering my house and minimizing my and my kids' items. Today, I'm sharing four things I've learned so far!
We are going Room by Room and decluttering! Everything we own is being examined and tossed into one of three piles--keep, toss, donate/sell. Here is Part One of the basement declutter!

I asked, you answered, and here we are! Today's room by room is all about our entryway area. From the front area to the nook to the gallery wall!
Finding a system to maintain just about anything can be INCREDIBLY challenging! Finally, after far too much trial and error, I can share with you our super simple system! The guess work for what is in our Freezer Meals freezer has been removed!
Ah, organization! My favorite activity. In today's Room by Room series, we are going through the Nursery. I show you where EVERYTHING is, why it's there, and where you can snag items. More importantly, I’m going through 4 Key Take-Aways when it comes to organizing any area! What room in your house needs organizational help? Or better yet, what room have you conquered? Leave it in the comments below!
I am SO excited to finally be able to share with you our Nursery! Today, I'm taking you around Baby Boy's room and explaining the key components that make up his room! The only thing left to complete the room is Baby! And boy, oh, boy, he'll be here soon enough! Let me know in the comments below what you think! I'm also curious to know if your little one(s) have/had a nursery and what you did with the space!
Baby Preparation is still in full swing! About a month ago, I purchased clear bins to help organize our pantry as it was starting to get out of control and we were losing track of what we had. I spent about two-and-a-half hours cleaning and organizing this area. Now, it is functioning beautifully and we have been able to maintain the organization and cleanliness!
Holy freezer meals! The work is done, the food is made, and I am ... laying on the couch! As part of Baby Prep, I wanted to have a BUNCH of meals stockpiled and ready to be reheated. We want to focus on Baby Boy, the dogs, ourselves, and visitors for a while. Not breakfasts, lunches, and dinners!
